Safe & ethical

Setting up & managing our joint account & savings accounts have been so straight forward, with easy access telephone support on the rare occasion this is needed. I like the greater security/ anti-money laundering measures in place. Really feels like a safe & ethical approach to all aspects of bank mechanisms. Reviewed on: 31st January 2026

A service that meets modern challenges

The personal account offers an excellent service, with friendly & knowledgeable call handlers. This was especially helpful when we switched to Triodos last year. The security measures already in place seem to be what other banks are now striving for. Coming highest in Ethical Consumer magazine ratings raises my confidence that this bank's objectives are aligned with a future for our children. Triodos gives me hope where other banks could not.
