So nice to belong to an ethical bank

You can always reach a uk-based customer representative quickly on the phone; the website has been much improved but most importantly, they are the most ethical bank in the UK. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I'm much happier now I'm banking with Triodos Bank.

I'm much happier now I'm banking with Triodos Bank. I feel, as certain as I can be, that my money is being used for sustainable projects and businesses. The online account is easy to self-administer and the telephone helpline, should you need it, is helpful and courteous. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

So pleased I moved to Triodos

Life is complicated these days and all our actions can have important environmental consequences. I think most people however environmentally aware they are don’t think of doing one of the most important actions…moving their money from banks that fund environmental degradation in the first place, however indirectly. This is why I was so delighted to move my personal and savings accounts, and my cash ISA, to a Triodos Bank. The service is excellent, the website much improved. I’m really happy with my move.
