Money makes a difference

I love being a Triodos customer and knowing that my money is enabling positive projects in the world, rather than causing destruction through fossil fuels, weapons etc. The Triodos subscription email is one of the very few that I actually open with interest! Actions guided by values

Ethical capitalism can sometimes feel like a misnomer but Triodos continually put their money where their mouth is when it comes to actions guided by values. I feel very proud knowing that my money plays a part in attempting to change how, as sentient and sensitive human beings, we live together on this beautiful planet of ours. Customer care is human

Triodos customer care is excellent, little to no queuing and always speaking to a caring human being makes a huge difference. The app is easy to use and finally they are ethical. Paying a small fee for all this is a great way to help the world with a great bank. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Building Trust

Unlike some other banks, each time I speak with someone at Triodos or need support my trust in them increases. Some competitors have more features in their apps, but no feature is as valuable as the peace of mind from knowing I can get good support when I need it.
