An ethical and responsible business

I feel very strongly that all businesses should act in an ethical manner, ensuring that all people are treated fairly and with respect. Triodos does just that. They invest in green, sustainable concerns and not in the earth managing mega-firms their rivals in banking seem to love so much. They are customer driven and answerable to us and not to the big so called pension funds. They stand out for me because of this. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Only and effective ethical bank in the UK

I'm using Triodos as my joint account with my partner and I'm planning to move all my accounts from my current bank (HSBC) to Triodos! and why not open an ISA too. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Excellent service

Super Service

Very easy to switch my old account to Triodos and I have been especially impressed with the telephone banking service. Almost no waiting time and financial advice above and beyond what I expected without any pushy sales pitches. The ethical banking part almost goes without saying. Top bank. Ethical and Efficient

On-line banking is easy to operate. If ever there has been any need to contact the bank staff have been friendly and helpful. Security warnings are tactful and useful. Triodos' investments are in line with our policies on sustainability. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021

Investment in the Future

Great app and friendly staff, with the reassurance that all investments are funding environmentally responsible projects. Great to be able to see where money has been lent, on the in-app map. My only reservation about recommending Triodos is the monthly fee - I know that in these difficult times this would put a lot of people off switching, which is a shame! Ethical. And that cares for its customers
