My current account functions like any other but charges for the service are transparent (and very reasonable!) and I know my money is being used to support enterprises that care about people and the environment. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Customer Service is excellent.

Customer Service is excellent. Any queries or security issues are addressed promptly and internet banking is really user friendly. But most of all I approve of the ethical investment policy. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Ethical and easy to use!

Triodos is easy to use, quick and most importantly I feel happy that my money is being put to good use. Their ethical principles along with great customer service easily put them above other high street banks. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Triodos Ethics set them Apart

Triodos is not only a brilliant bank with all the features one would want from a personal account bank, it also has the highest level of ethics of any bank I know of. This more than anything sets them apart from the rest of the field. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
