Ethical and Moral Banking is Possible!

We have been delighted with the whole experience of joining Triodos. It feels so good to know our money is used to fund good in the world, which is so needed right now. Great customer service.

Great customer service. Able to speak to a knowledgeable human when needed. Queries sorted straight away. Needed to change my name and it was a straightforward process that was explained and worked. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Ethical and personable

We chose Triodos because of its ethical focus, but have been so satisfied with it's customer service and range of products. When I have had to contact them about issues such as potential fraud or lost cards, they are so easy to contact and you get to speak to an individual who really seems to want to help. We have now opened several other accounts with them (e.g. savings) based on our positive experience of having a current account with them. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

KIND THOUGHTFUL ETHICAL PROFESSIONAL

Triodos respond quickly to our needs. For example by phone talking me through installing the app before going abroad. Very patient, clear and kind. They examine ethics very closely and communicate regularly about the projects,we are supporting. The communications are not excessive - not too many emails! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Makes banking stress free!

I’ve only had to call once but the lady was super friendly and calming. The phone was picked up straight away and I got through to a real person - whoo hoo! The app is incredibly easy to navigate and use. The colours make me feel calm as well. Sustainability is incredibly important to me which is why I chose Triodos & I’ll be moving all my banking activities to them. So easy all round! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
