KIND THOUGHTFUL ETHICAL PROFESSIONAL

Triodos respond quickly to our needs. For example by phone talking me through installing the app before going abroad. Very patient, clear and kind. They examine ethics very closely and communicate regularly about the projects,we are supporting. The communications are not excessive - not too many emails! Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Top of the Ethical Banking Class

Triodos is proactive in contacting customers, shares news if their ethical investments and is way ahead of any other UK bank in setting clear, transparent standards. They offer a one-to-one phone service, and will call me back as promised. So - they are friendly to the planet, including humans. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Accessible, friendly, ethical, transparent and trustworthy

The staff are quick to respond to any queries, friendly and helpful. My inbox is not swamped by marketing emails. Thoroughly recommended as an ethical bank. Reviewed on: 30th December 2019
