Great, guilt-free bank

This is the best bank for helping to reduce your carbon footprint. Their customer service has been excellent on the couple of occasions I’ve needed them. Very polite and patient staff. The website is easy to use. I would like to be able to pay in cheques online and link my account to my credit card app but it’s not set up for that yet. But overall brilliant! Ethical and local

To know that your money is only invested in ethical sources is reassuring. To be able to see directly where your money is lent and for what reason is also unique. The banking app shows you locations and details of where the banks money is invested. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
