Ethics! Ethics! Ethics!

This has got to be the future of banking (alongside building societies)...a decent bank trying to do the right things in an industry of greed. Other banks are all about profit, sell inappropriate products and pay back some of the money in compensation on someone else's watch (you have to ask for it rather than have it automatically refunded like it should be). Really great customer service

Always room for improvement, but not that much
