Re-assuring

I'm a relately new customer but I had a completely satisfying experience transferring my funds over from anothe bank. And I can sleep at night kmowing that my money is being used in ways that share the Earth's resources in fair and sustainable ways. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

the future of banking

Lending votes to your oppressors is dumb, dumb, dumb. Personal service excellent.

The ethical ethos means I am not only happy about storing my money with Triodos , I actually feel proud. Not easy at a time when almost everything a person does could be considered as damaging to the planet. I feel my money is being safely cared for. I also like their courtesy in customer service. Ethical, simple, faultless!

Ethical, sustainable aims were stated when we opened the account and they have been true to their word ever since. I love seeing where Triodos are using my money to invest in the community and in everything they do I cannot fault them. The online and app based banking is smooth and secure too, so I don't have to choose between easy banking and ethical banking. Superb! Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Efficient, time to help, well trained and caring.

I opened a personal current account to start a pension plan and gradually save with their ISA products. The bank staff who helped me understand and choose the right products for me was exemplary.
