Excellent customer service and attention to detail

Triodos have real people at the end of the phone who are willing to help you in any way possible, their customer service is second to none and their attention to detail also great. The app makes payments easy and you can keep an eye on all your incomings and outgoings - it also helps you if you’ve forgotten to make a payment as you can check when your last one was… Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Brilliant bank with great credentials whilst supporting you as the customer

I have been with Triodos for a few years now and they have been brilliant. The call centre is in the UK with actual human beings who you can talk to and have a laugh with at the other end. They are so friendly and helpful. I recently had to contact them regarding fraudulent activity on my account and their service was second to none. Not only did they get all of my money back, they did it with such due care and attention. If that wasn’t enough their eco credentials are second to none as well as only supporting projects that support community, health and wellbeing and sustainable/organic businesses also is a big draw. If only more banks understand the importance of working with customers, to give them the very best. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
