customer service is just that - service for the cust...

customer service is just that - service for the customer! They answer the phone promptly, answer questions willingly, knowledgably and clearly and sort out any problem there and then. In an age when 'customer service' is more like 'customer fobb-off', this is refreshing. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Good causes

Customer service is excellent. I was new to internet banking and they were always on hand to help and reassure. The main reason I use Triodos is their ethical investing. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
