Genuinely helpful staff & excellent app!

Ive been a business and personal customer with Triodos for years now. They have a helpful kind patient workforce who are always there for you if needed. The App and online banking is easy and clear. I find the transparent charges much lower than my old so-called 'flat rate' on my business account elsewhere as there is nothing hidden! I love that I know how my money is used and that I have a clear conscience when there is so much in the world I would never want to fund. Can't recommend enough. If only all banks could be so straightforward the world would be a far better place. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
