I bank with Triodos because it aligns with my priorities, ie not to support unethical activities with where I put my money. I am involved with organic farming and so many of the different projects that Triodos supports are supportive of sustainable agriculture and lifestyle which I appreciate. Intelligent, warm and excellent customer care

A very kind and patient man talked me through all of the options, ensuring I understood , and got me signed up to the App. He then tested that it worked and followed through with me until I was happy and confident. The best customer service I have received in over 40 years of banking. It made me want to carry out all of my business and investments through Triodos. Ethical, sustainable, transparent and honest, what more could you ask? Triodos aligns so closely with my own values and is actively working to change the sector they are in for the better, which is highly commendable.
