Intelligent, warm and excellent customer care

A very kind and patient man talked me through all of the options, ensuring I understood , and got me signed up to the App. He then tested that it worked and followed through with me until I was happy and confident. The best customer service I have received in over 40 years of banking. It made me want to carry out all of my business and investments through Triodos. Instant brand loyalty as the service was a country mile beyond other banks. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025
