It is good and a great comfort to know that Triodos invest in worthwhile projects that are good for people and the planet - and it's always a pleasure to speak with Triodos staff who are invariably helpful and engaged. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

A proactively ethical bank

A transparent and ethical bank

I chose triodos as I did not want my money to contribute towards practices that harm the environment and societies we live in by fueling climate change. I really like how transparent triodos are about how your money is being spent and it is satisfying to know that it is helping to provide solutions to climate change and inequality. Responsive and responsible

My main reason for choosing Triodos Bank is that they are completely transparent about the businesses and initiatives they lend (my) money to. This means that I actively feel *good* about banking with them – rather than just not bad. But aside from that, I've found their customer service to be friendly, helpful and responsive. It's not just about customer service - it's a community service

Triodos is not about maximising income for shareholders and career-oriented staff as the main priority. It's about facilitating financial flows amongst like-minded, cooperative people going about their honest business. They're no longer ahead of their time, though, they're of the time. Love ringing up and getting a real person, love the ethical stance for planet and people, love the family feel of belonging to a caring community, love the transparent nature of how they do business, loved attending the AGM by zoom and the messages received there. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
