GREAT BANK

Ethical and excellent when something goes wrong

Our MasterCard was hacked and Triodos were already working on this when we telephoned them. Our account was cleared out and we were left in difficult circumstances. Sympathetic and competent service. Ethical banking and that old fashioned service we thought had disappeared from banking.

I need an ethical bank and Triodos is it. But apart from that the whole banking experience at Triodos is reminiscent of banks as they used to be, with personal service online or at the other end of the phone. I've recommended Triodos to all my friends and family and some of my regular payees, like Naked Wines and had really positive feedback.
