The most important thing for me is that I know where...

The most important thing for me is that I know where my money is going; it means I trust my bank for the first time ever. Their communication is clear and timely and it is like gold to speak on the phone to a real person who knows what they are talking about. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Personal service.

I particularly like being able to phone up and talk to a patient and knowledgeable person. It's almost a relief in an age of chatbots and companies who are constantly trying to avoid speaking to you or give you someone with limited knowledge or power to do anything. Reviewed on: 27th January 2024

Banking with confidence

I have never previously known a bank which I understood and trusted. Triodos stand for something, makes it aims clear, takes trouble to show they are walking the talk, tries to involve you in what they are trying to do. I frequently recommend them and can't really understand why anyone would stick with the High Street banks! Reviewed on: 24th March 2023

So different
