Ethical and Helpful

How my money is used is important to me. In this turbulent and depressing political time, I feel confident in a bank that is not connected with greed, corruption and the worst of capitalism. These big aspirations are supported by a bank that really works for me and with excellent, friendly customer service should I encounter any difficulties. Great bank account!

The account was set up really fast and with no fuss. I love the ethical credentials of this company and their transparency. I highly recommend Triodos purely on that basis. The account itself is basic, but perfectly functional for my needs. The only slight drawback is having to use the digipass (small keypad) when setting up payments etc. You either need to wait until at home or take it with you. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Ethical and great service

Triodos are an online bank but still feel like a bank that you can easily pick up the phone to and have a chat. They are always helpful and it feels like they've not lost the heart of being an ethical bank doing things differently and more personally. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Honest and ethical

Everything about TRIODOS is so much better than any other bank I have used. They are friendly on the end of the phone. You don't feel like just the next call. They are honest, about charges, what they stand for (they actually stand for something in the first place!). You know where your money is going, money is a force for good, not just an end in itself. TRIODOS is such a relief from the impersonal, soul-destroying modus operandi and superficial sloganeering of our High Street banks. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

The rght way to do banking

For me its the ethical stance that Triodos takes that stands them heads and shoulders above other banks. Not caring how my money is invested isn't an option. Wonderful ethics, some modernization needed

I love Triodos' ethics and commitment to sustainable banking. I've had no issues so far and customer support are always friendly and helpful. Due to it being a smaller bank there are a few niggles - the app could do with some improvement and the phone line isn't 24/7. Other than that, I'm a very, very happy customer. Trustworthy and efficient

I have been a Triodos bank customer since it started in the UK because of its positive ethics and principles, particularly its using money for social benefit. I chose the Triodos Current Account especially because I wanted such an account that I could trust the bank would continue to deliver its aims to support social projects that are positive for the community at large.
