Great customer service and ethics

I switched a few years ago and the service has been consistently excellent. The app and website are both intuitive and effective. Plus, knowing that the bank uses its funds to support ethical businesses that are good for the planet and society, is a really important aspect of the bank's offering. Tridos Bank has a very friendly Customers' Service Team, responding prompt and effuoiciently to any requests. Ethical and inclusive with a feel good factor.

Easy, ethical banking

I bank with Triodos because I know where my money is being invested - that's important to me as someone who cares about our planet and keeping it liveable for future generations of all species. I've since recommended it to non profit organisations I volunteer with as it's easy to access securely and to set up payments and signatories. I thought the widget would put me off but it's actually fine to use. And it's easy to get through on the phone, speak to a person and get things sorted promptly. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
