Easy, ethical banking

I bank with Triodos because I know where my money is being invested - that's important to me as someone who cares about our planet and keeping it liveable for future generations of all species. I've since recommended it to non profit organisations I volunteer with as it's easy to access securely and to set up payments and signatories. I thought the widget would put me off but it's actually fine to use. And it's easy to get through on the phone, speak to a person and get things sorted promptly. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

Ethical and excellent when something goes wrong

Our MasterCard was hacked and Triodos were already working on this when we telephoned them. Our account was cleared out and we were left in difficult circumstances. Sympathetic and competent service. Our account was restored in full within a couple of days. Full marks to Triodos. Reviewed on: 16th January 2022
