Friendly, helpful customer service

Whenever I've had a problem I've been able to ring up, speak to someone and get the help I need really promptly. They are friendly and easy to talk to. I love that my money is being used sustainably and not for investments in planet damaging activities. Reviewed on: 14th April 2025

Easy, ethical banking

I bank with Triodos because I know where my money is being invested - that's important to me as someone who cares about our planet and keeping it liveable for future generations of all species. I've since recommended it to non profit organisations I volunteer with as it's easy to access securely and to set up payments and signatories. I thought the widget would put me off but it's actually fine to use. And it's easy to get through on the phone, speak to a person and get things ... Reviewed on: 16th January 2022

I'm always recommending Triodos to people

My money is safe and I'm happy with Triodos because it's an ethical bank - I know my money isn't being used to heat up the planet or harm other people. The customer service is great too - just pick up the phone and you get someone friendly and helpful. Their newsletter sounds more like a campaigning publication than something from a bank - we share the same values. Reviewed on: 26th February 2021
