Great customer service and ethics

I switched a few years ago and the service has been consistently excellent. The app and website are both intuitive and effective. Plus, knowing that the bank uses its funds to support ethical businesses that are good for the planet and society, is a really important aspect of the bank's offering. Tridos Bank has a very friendly Customers' Service Team, responding prompt and effuoiciently to any requests.
