Genuinely ethical bank

Transparent, ethical banking

Responsive and responsible

My main reason for choosing Triodos Bank is that they are completely transparent about the businesses and initiatives they lend (my) money to. This means that I actively feel *good* about banking with them – rather than just not bad. But aside from that, I've found their customer service to be friendly, helpful and responsive.
