Great ethical bank

I switched to Triodos in 2022 because of their ethical stance on business banking. I didn't expect their service to be as slick as any of the big unethical banks, but in fact the Triodos service is excellent. I've never regretted the decision to switch to Triodos. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Intelligent, warm and excellent customer care

A very kind and patient man talked me through all of the options, ensuring I understood , and got me signed up to the App. He then tested that it worked and followed through with me until I was happy and confident. The best customer service I have received in over 40 years of banking. It made me want to carry out all of my business and investments through Triodos. Ethical, sustainable, transparent and honest, what more could you ask? Triodos aligns so closely with my own values and is actively working to change the sector they are in for the better, which is highly commendable.
