Peace of mind banking with Triodos Bank

Help write a review of my personal bank account with Triodos. I am very pleased with my experience with this bank. The app is easy to use, the bank charges are fair for the cost of managing the account, and give me peace of mind knowing that my money is being administered by an organisation that has the same values, principles and ethics as me. Ethical and transparent

I am pleased to be a Triodos Bank customer principally because I value their approach to ethical banking. The approach they take is refreshingly robust and avoids greenwashing. An important aspect is the transparency regarding where your money is invested and what it supports. The ability to view what the bank supports in our area is also important. From a customer service perspective there has been a major improvement in the online banking experience. Whenever I have need to contact the bank by telephone, the staff are always very helpful. New account teething problems

I recently opened a joint account but despite various calls my husband is still not able to access the account. We’re told someone will call us back but that doesn’t happen. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026
