Love this ethical bank!

It's a pleasure dealing with Triodos. I love that I can speak to an actual person when I call and rarely have to wait to do so. The staff are super helpful. But most of all I'm pleased to be able to sleep easy at night knowing my money is funding great ethical projects. That's not something I could say of any of the banks I've banked with previously. I spend a lot of time overseas and Triodos make it easy to access my account and make changes, even when payments are flagged as being potential scams. I also enjoy the ethical side of Triodos, and although the big money still gets moved around in fossil fuels, Triodos manage whilst staying away from it. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
