Ethical and personable

We chose Triodos because of its ethical focus, but have been so satisfied with it's customer service and range of products. When I have had to contact them about issues such as potential fraud or lost cards, they are so easy to contact and you get to speak to an individual who really seems to want to help. We have now opened several other accounts with them (e.g. savings) based on our positive experience of having a current account with them. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Triodos have been an excellent banking provider.

Triodos have been an excellent banking provider. I have been with Triodos for a number of years, using their current account and savings accounts. I have had nothing but very good service from them. My motivation in choosing them has been to put my money where my mouth is, and support green ventures, in the form of the bank itself, and the causes and organisations they support. Very smooth experience.

Very happy customers

We have banked with Triodos for several years and are very happy with them. They respond promptly to emails and are easy to talk to on the phone. I like that they only invest in ethical companies and so we feel our savings are being put to good uses. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Not greenwashing my money

I am happy to pay less than the price of a coffee for a great green bank with all of the convenience of other online banks. It makes me feel better to know that not only are they not investing my money in fossil fuels that they are investing in sustainable and local community projects and that they are not greenwashing my money. Excellent Bank for those who care about the planet
