I have had a Personal Current Account with Triodos for nearly 5 years and in all that time I have had excellent service, really good communication from the organisation generally and staff in particular. Best ethical bank that I'm aware of!

I have been a Triodos customer for 4 years now. Before it was Barclays and I never felt comfortable notknowing where my money was being invested. Triodos shows you on a map which companies and charities they support. Customer service has always been great, going the extra mile. The most sustainable bank in Britain

Living an ethical and sustainable lifestyle is very important to me. This is why I choose Triodos to do all my banking with! I am 100% satisfied with their services and the knowledge that my bank only invests in sustainable investments gives me peace. I wish they would open a pention department too. Best bank to keep my money

It's been easy to join and their app is not bad. But more than anything, even if they charge for their current account and their (sustainable) debit card, I know they invest my money in ethical and environmental projects and they are quite transparent and communicative in their approach. This makes me feel better knowing that at least my money is not sustaining ugly practices. If I have to have the money in a bank, it gives me some peace of mind to know that it is not contributing directly to all the things that are wrong in this world. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022
