Absolutely atrocious rubbish services staff trained to lie and Palm people off was given 100 pounds to say sorry which later I found out they took from my blocked account I have with them stay clear worst account ever Reviewed on: 17th March 2022

Awesome bank service

I love this account always very helpful and understanding lovely people in the branch and very honest same as the customer service online and over phone of opened this account with no problem and I'm going to close my incompetent account Triodos and use this one only Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Disappointed and angry

I was allowed to open the account with no identification and had it open until two weeks ago when which it was blocked I now can't my money out and I've been asked to send identification via Experian which I have I was told by bank that address verification would be ok a tax record letter and picture of my bank cards they still haven't unblocked it and today they said we will give you a hundred pounds to help me which I'd free then I checked my account and,it is my money they gave me out the account with them I've phoned them about 60 times costing me over 100 pounds stay clear worst bank ever Triodos is the worst bank account I've ever known don't trust them with your money please staff are well trained to lie and Palm people off stole money from a elderly person in France over 3000 awful Reviewed on: 16th March 2022
