Ethical and great service

Great bank

I really like banking with Triodos because I know they invest my money in socially and environmentally beneficial causes. Their internet banking system is efficient and easy to use. I am happy to pay their small monthly fee as they provide such an excellent service. Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Ethical option

Good service and good for the planet

Ethical Banking at its finest

This is an extremely professional bank who completely break the stereotypes of 'big banks' that but profit over the planet and people. This bank cares about its customers and more importantly the planet and I truly love how easy banking is with them and how transparent they are with all their ethical and sustainable investments. Disappointed and angry

I was allowed to open the account with no identification and had it open until two weeks ago when which it was blocked I now can't my money out and I've been asked to send identification via Experian which I have I was told by bank that address verification would be ok a tax record letter and picture of my bank cards they still haven't unblocked it and today they said we will give you a hundred pounds to help me which I'd free then I checked my account and,it is my money they gave me out the account with them I've phoned them about 60 times costing me over 100 pounds stay clear worst bank ever Triodos is the worst bank account I've ever known don't trust them with your money please staff are well trained to lie and Palm people off stole money from a elderly person in France over 3000 awful Reviewed on: 16th March 2022

Ethical, efficient, helpful!

Since leaving First Direct whose customer service was always very good but their ethics not so much, I was nervous about going to a purely online banking facility but Triodos have made the transition seamless, been very response in answering my queries and so far so good with hardly a hiccup. Very Happy. So glad I switched to Triodos!

I switched to Triodos about 18 months ago from my previous bank due to ethical reasons, and am so glad I did. My money now gets used for the greater good, with climate, green principles and humanity in mind. I have also found their online systems so easy to use. I wish I had switched to them sooner!
