Feel-good banking

I feel good about banking with Triodos. The app is clear and intuitive to use - I can do and find everything I need with limited fuss. On the one occasion when I have needed to call customer service about a transaction, they were friendly, helpful, transparent and resolved my query simply - explaining exactly what they were doing. Triodos is the only bank I know I can totally trust

I have always loved Triodos and would, at this time in history, only want to bank with them because of their foundation in ethics and moral decision-making. This means that whatever I do with my money, whatever account I hold with them, I can sleep at night in peace that my money is in service to our wonderful world rather than in conflict, greed and aggression towards it. Reassuring to bank with Triodos

It's so reassuring to have my money in a bank I know cares about its environmental impact as much as I do. Reviewed on: 24th February 2025

I LOVE this ethical bank!

First of all, it's an ethical bank, that specialises in positive impact investing. So I know that my money is going to support enterprises that make the world a better place for everyone. Secondly, if you're into online banking, it's really easy to bank with them at any time, day or night. And if you have to phone them, they are quick to answer the phone and always extremely helpful with queries. If you lose your card, or it's stolen, they have a 24-hour phone line. Otherwise they do have some limits on their phone line operating hours, but I like to think this gives their employees a good work-life balance. All in all, I love Triodos, and would encourage anyone to try banking with them! Reviewed on: 24th February 2025

Good service - great ethics

I have banked with Triodos for several years now and they provide a great service. Although they are not one of the main banks, their customer service is always quick and efficient. The app is also easy to use. Most importantly, I know that my money is being invested ethically and not harming the environment, people or animals. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025

In these times when we can all feel so powerless witnessing the chaos around us, who wouldn't pay £3 a month to know that their money is out there doing good in the world? With all the features of any other major current account, recycled cards, fast and responsive customer services, this bank account is a secret you will want to tell everyone about.
