Have never had any problem with Triodos, you can always talk to someone if you need to. No hanging around in a queue on the phone. If they are busy you just request a ring back and they always come back to you. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Faultless banking experience

I switched to Triodos about 12 months ago after hearing about their ethical credentials. The switching process and banking service so far has been faultless.
