Faultless banking experience

I switched to Triodos about 12 months ago after hearing about their ethical credentials. The switching process and banking service so far has been faultless. The app and website are reliable, intuitive and easy to use. I have AVE opened a savings product with them now too. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Friendly and competent

I have been a Triodos customer from the beginning of it's presence in the UK. I have always been treated fairly and with a personal touch. I believe wholeheartedly in the way the bank operates, it's aims coincide with mine and I have no qualms in recommending Triodos as the best bank for people concerned about the ethics of money and banking. Amazing bank. Glad to not be with a bank anymore that supports fracking

Great customer service, always happy to help with any issues and are very patient and kind. A bank that I can trust to align with my values

I've had excellent customer service and support from Triodos, their app and website are easy to use and it's easy to speak to people on the phone. But the main reason I like them is the relief of knowing that my money is with an organisation that cares about the environment and people in line with my own values, not investing in the fossil fuel industry or exploitative businesses like all the major hightstreet banks. Ethical principles, great customer service
