We moved to Triodos a few years ago and are very happy with our decision. They are the best bank we've ever used in our 70+ years. In our dealings with the we are made to feel like real people, not just a number. They adhere to ethical standards that align with ours and we are confident that they will keep our funds safe. I have a Triodos current account for my everyday banking. It all works well online with a great and easy to use app and website and a friendly customer service if ever needed; however, the best thing is to know that the bank dealing with my money pursues ethical ideas and projects with positive global impact.
