My finances are in trustworthy banking-hands, which serve customers and the community well. Ethical, open and extremely good customer service.

Peace of mind Banking

After years of nagging concerns about banking with certain high street brands who openly invest in projects contributing to the climate and ecological crisis, it was a relieve to discover how easy it was to switch to Triodos. The app and online experience has done everything needed of it, the marketing is noninvasive but informative, and I have no reason to test the customer service team as nothing has gone wrong. Banking I don’t have to think about, but more importantly don’t need to worry about what’s being done on my behalf. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical, accessible, and friendly

I joined Triodos because of its ethical credentials. I didn't want my money being used to fund fossil fuels and other unethical ventures. I've been pleasantly surprised, therefore, to find that the customer service, online banking interface, and regular security updates are so much better than any major bank I've been at before. It almost feels like a small family company, who genuinely care about customer satisfaction at the personal level. I am never leaving Triodos bank. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Ethical bank with excellent service

As I take more and more time to consider where I spend or put my money, I am delighted with Triodos Bank. Easy to use online banking and mobile app and highly recognised for their focus on the wellbeing of the planet. Leaders in making real change. Not focused on shareholders but on doing the right thing and influencing others in the same way. Plus friendly staff who don't try to sell you products all the time, and I can make contact easily and get quick replies! Not bad for my little current account! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Terrific and caring customer service knowing that your money is supporting the best causes

It's wonderful to be with a bank that is so focussed on building a better future, by how they invest, their crowd-funding opportunities, and their ethically minded way of working.

Brilliant ethical bank

I’ve never had any issues with Triodos . They sort things out in a helpful and pleasant way . Most important they are an ethical bank this means everything to me .
