Really happy so far

Seamless switching with friendly , professional service.

On searching for an ethical bank I stumbled across Triodos and the decision to switch was easily made and the switching process was equally easy . Using the latest technology to facilitate communication and transactions I can attend to my banking needs 24/7 and on the rare occasion I have needed to speak to some one this has been easy to do and I have received a professional service in a friendly way. Sustainable banking with excellent service

I have had a savings account with Triodos for some years and was more than happy to switch from my old bank when they announced it was possible to have an ordinary current account. Triodos offers me sustainable, ethical, transparent banking, which is personally very important. I enjoy reading real stories about their positive impact on society and the environment. Anyone who cares to live by their values, can now bank on them too! What's more, when I had an issue with fraudulent transactions on my account, the customer service I received was exemplary and the matter was resolved almost immediately.
