Best bank we've used

We've had a current account with them for several years now. Absolutely no problems and great customer service. I also appreciate their call centre being UK based. All in all, far better than Barclays! Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Ethical bank with excellent service

We've had a current account with Triodos for a couple of years now. The service has been excellent, I have literally no complaints. And I also consider them the most ethical/environmentally friendly bank in the UK, which is important for us and the main reason we moved to them. 10/10! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Such a good bank

We've had a current account with Triodos for a year or two now and not a single problem. The online banking is clear and works well. The customer service is excellent. It does everything I'd expect from a bank - and on top of that we know our money is being put to good use rather than funding things such as fossil fuel projects. Reviewed on: 17th April 2021

Excellent bank, excellent ethics

Their customer service is good, I've absolutely no complaints about Triodos. But equally important - they are a force for the good; they only invest in organisations and individuals who are doing something positive. I'm so pleased they have can offer a personal account in the UK - finally, a bank I can be proud to say I use! Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
