Leaving one of the big 4 was an excellent choice.

We left one of the big 4 banks, which I had joined as a student many moons ago, over 5 years ago. It is the best thing I have done. Excellent customer service. A simple banking app for my phone. And now - more important than ever in these awful times - I know my money isn't funding arms sales or fossil fuels. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Easy to use.

Changing to this bank was the best thing I have ever done

I tell everybody how easy it is to change to this bank. I am very conscious about how unethical the big four banks are. So I am thrilled to receive regular updates about what Triodos does invest in - mostly small community based and eco! Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

A bank you can trust

We were with one of the big 4 for over40 years, but were angry at their total lack of concern for green issues and even, it seemed, for their customers. Changing to Triodos was very easy. It is also easy to use their internet banking and any queries are always dealt with quickly. I know my money is helping the world be a better place instead of funding fossil fuel and arms companies.
