Fantastic service.

Fantastic customer service. Transfers slower than other banks and no option for Apple Pay. I am never worried about hidden costs or that I’m missing out on a deal as Triodos is transparent and ethical. Reviewed on: 25th March 2024

Excellent customer service and ethics

Excellent customer service, excellent ethics. Good app but unfortunately unable to use Apple Pay and have to post cheques to the Bristol office. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Good service and ethos, lacking tech

Cannot fault the bank delivering on their ethics and delivering good customer service. I value this over anything else. However, tech needs developing to match other banks, eg cheque depositing and working with Apple Pay. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023
