Great service from a powerhouse of positive change

I have always received excellent customer service from Triodos, by phone and online. They have dealt with any queries quickly, efficiently and reassuringly. This great customer service, plus the knowledge that my bank is using my money to promote positive change, make it well worth the £3 a month I pay as a service charge on my current account. I LOVE this ethical bank!

First of all, it's an ethical bank, that specialises in positive impact investing. So I know that my money is going to support enterprises that make the world a better place for everyone. Secondly, if you're into online banking, it's really easy to bank with them at any time, day or night. And if you have to phone them, they are quick to answer the phone and always extremely helpful with queries. If you lose your card, or it's stolen, they have a 24-hour phone line. Otherwise they do have some limits on their phone line operating hours, but I like to think this gives their employees a good work-life balance. All in all, I love Triodos, and would encourage anyone to try banking with them! Reviewed on: 24th February 2025
