Absolutely terrible!

Absolutely terrible! Been unable to access my account for nearly 3 days! Rang every day to be told to ring back systems down and now been sent a code over the phone which cannot be activated for another 3 days! Exactly how do people without internet bank at tsb!!! The switch condition are very strict.

The switch condition are very strict. After doing 300 or more transactions. I missed by few transaction in the last month. For this TSB refuse to pay out. This is one way to avoid paying as you have to keep doing certain steps every month for 6 months. Miss one and you are out. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2024

I have been with TSB for 5 years and I am happy with my basic current account. I do not need anything else, just money in, money out, direct debits, just easy banking, and this is what I have with TSB. Reviewed on: 10th January 2024
