Great Bank!

Decent website but not enough branches

I was one of those who got transferred to TSB through no choice of their own when Lloyds was split up. The website is decent, but if, like me, you live in the South East, there just aren't enough branches around for if ever you need to pay a cheque in etc. If you're someone who doesn't ever need to use a branch, I'd say, go for it and join them, because the website is good. Otherwise, check you have enough branches near you before you consider them because they just don't have the high street presence of some of the other banks. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Faultless

After Lloyds TSB split into their former separate companies I went back to being a TSB customer without having to do anything. They wrote to me about a year in advance of the change and how it would affect me. Internet banking hasn't changed, it is still super easy to use and I have no complaints at all. Good reliable bank

Always on the ball

I love my bank because my account had fraudulent transactions on it leaving me overdrawn. The bank were excellent at sorting it out and placed a temporary overdraft on my account to cover bills etc to save me any more upset and quickly investigated the fraud. TSB Reviewed on: 11th February 2016
