My reliable lifetime bank account

I've had this account since I was 15. Im now 34 and haven't had a single problem with the account or service. My account became a student and graduate account when I was a student and the benefits were great. You really feel like the bank is looking after you and your money Reviewed on: 12th May 2017

Counter-intuitive but it works

Who knew that to get anything decent return on your savings you had to use a current account? That doesn't make sense but it works. When you open a Classic TSB current account, they offer 3% interest on up to £1500 balances which is ok for a rainy day fund. I'm very happy I did this. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2017

Easy to open and great interest rate

Great Classic account from TSB

5% cash back

Think it's fab that my classic account, which I pay no monthly fee for, offers 5% cash back for contactless purchases (for the first £100) spent. Also whenever I've called customer services they answer quickly and sort my question easily. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017

Great Service,friendly banking

The customer service over the counter at the TSB Musselburgh branch is excellent. A lady called Toni is particularly friendly and nice, she always helps, supports and makes sure the customer is happy. Its rare to get that kind of service these days. FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER ALWAYS

Overall I'm very impressed with my local Bank TSB. I've been with them since I opened my first account aged 12 (over 25 years now). They know me by name and my family when I visit the branch, take the time to ask how I am and if there is anything I need specifically. I recently had an issue transferring money online (the isue being they were trying to protect my account online and wanted to make sure I was the correct account holder). I went down to my local branch and it was dealt with immediately, efficiently and quickly. They also sent a security number via First Class post so that I could do telephone banking with ease. TSB are highly professional, well organised and competent. I feel a valued customer and will continue to bank with them. Reviewed on: 1st February 2017
