TSB isn't the listening bank

Our joint account was transferred to TSB from loudspeakers without our prior agreeement. There is nothing wrong with the account but we don't have a local bank therefore it is diffuse to carry out transaction such as putting cash in. The online account however is very easy to manage and if they had a local branch I probably wouldn't bother moving banks. Reviewed on: 15th January 2016

Never had any problems, great on-line banking

excellent, always helpful when I needed.

i have been with this account for more than 5 years and received a generous amount overdraft which I have used several times when I needed them. Added more the interest rate is really low. so that helped a lot. Reviewed on: 7th November 2015

I Actually Think TSB Delivers!

I was automatically moved from Lloyds to TSB when they split a year or so back. That experience was seamless, and my experience with them has been very good ever since. Their online banking is excellent - the same platform as Lloyds, as far as I can tell - and I find their customer service to be excellent overall. Although I live in Northumberland, the branch I tend to use is at London Wall, near the offices, and the Manager there, in particular, is very friendly and welcoming. I have several accounts, and the act of moving money between them online, or in or out, is very easy. I can change the name of my accounts at any time, too, which is helpful as my financial structure is constantly morphing and changing! All in all, I'm very happy with TSB and, though I do have secondary accounts with other banks, I've no intention of moving - at least not until my own bank is up and running... overall not satisfactry

i have been a tsb customer for nearly 15 years and find that they are unhelfpful when it comes to trying to set up payment plan to pay overdrafts back they give you advice and make it sound good leading me to believe that is the best route but in the long run it is nt and just gets me in more debt Reviewed on: 29th April 2015
