overall not satisfactry

i have been a tsb customer for nearly 15 years and find that they are unhelfpful when it comes to trying to set up payment plan to pay overdrafts back they give you advice and make it sound good leading me to believe that is the best route but in the long run it is nt and just gets me in more debt Reviewed on: 29th April 2015

I've had a current account with TSB/Lloyds TSB for nine years and have never had any problems. They offer a fast and effective service when there is odd activity on your account and will inform you right away. Their charges have decreased a lot over the years which is one of many reasons I am still a customer. I have an overdraft which doesn't occur unreasonable monthly charges, UK call centres 24 hours. Not bad but room for improvement

I have found this bank to be okay. I joined when it was "Lloyds tab" when I was a teenager because I liked the adverts. I recently requested a certain amount of bank statements and unfortunately received many many duplicated ones! So it meant me shredding a lot of them. Staff have always been friendly and helpful for what I need and so far I cannot complain. I also found it very simple and easy to join when I did too Reviewed on: 8th April 2015
