Faultless

After Lloyds TSB split into their former separate companies I went back to being a TSB customer without having to do anything. They wrote to me about a year in advance of the change and how it would affect me. Internet banking hasn't changed, it is still super easy to use and I have no complaints at all. Never had a problem with Barclaycard

I have had a credit card with barclaycard for 8 years and never had a problem with them. The customer service is excellent if you need to ring them up for any reason. The website is so easy to use and I can see all my transactions and statements without any fuss. I cannot recommend them enough. Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Good account to use everyday but you make less money now

I was making £8 a month using this account and it was £2 a month fee. Now the fee is £5 a month so I am now making £3 a month on my direct debits. I will make the switch as soon as another current account offer catches my eye! Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Good account but they've upped the price

I switched to the Santander 123 account as it was £2 a month but paid me back £8 in direct debits. I have never had any problems with them but they have just raised the cost of the account to £5 a month leaving me making £3. Not a big gripe but one thing I am not happy with. I am looking for another bank now. Reviewed on: 31st January 2016
