United Trust Bank - Competitive and Caring.

I have found United Trust Bank to be a bank that strives to offer good range of competitive financial products, with an easy to use website. The website is clear and easy to navigate. A good company to deal with

The best thing is they give slightly higher rates to existing customers. Are on the end of the phone when you need help, and don’t keep you holding on too long before answering the call. Process applications quickly via email. Reviewed on: 4th April 2025

Telephone customer service

I have both savings and isa products. I’m nervous opening accounts online and making initial lodgements but I was able to phone receiving pleasant and helpful assistance. They also followed this up with informing me on receiving my initial lodgements. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

United Trust Bank gave first rate customer service and returns. They made it so easy that I was able to reinvest after my first fixed term with very little effort on my part.
