Fixed Rate Blinder for the Blind!

Came into this blind looking for favourable Fixed Rates - UTB offered the best over the year! It was easy enough to fill out the online form and flexible enough to accept deposits in stages over 2 weeks - I am not sure other providers do the same. Fir me a no brainer!
