best fixed term rate I could find with FSCS guarantee

opened 2 fixed rate accounts in the last 6 months - good rates and quick easy application process - fairly basic website but works fine and no problems Reviewed on: 8th December 2020

As per my previous rev This bank has contacted me on the next day after my complaint and returned all the money to our nominated account as per our request . I am happy with quick response and that the issue was resolved but still not sure why the did not do it right at first instance .... Reviewed on: 11th May 2020

Band of Cheats!

BAND OF CHEATS!!!!. They sent us an email to decide if we want to reinvest the money in a new bond after the old bond matures. We replied within the required time and asked to reinvest in new bond but they still invested out money in no -interest 7 day account ... . The interest that banks pay is now minuscule but UTB still try to cheat you as much as they can . Stay away!!! and move your money elsewhere.I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman and requesting repayment of the stolen interest... Reviewed on: 6th May 2020
