Proactive communication.

The bank was proactive in advising about updating our account and assisting with new documentation that was well overdue with change of signatories; the paperwork itself was simpler than that experienced with other banks. Reviewed on: 11th February 2026

I was initially wary of a bank that I had not heard...

I was initially wary of a bank that I had not heard of but after some investigation and reading of the history of the organisation, I opened our account. The rates are excellent, the website is simple and functional without all the advertising and noise I have with my other banks and every transaction has executed faultlessly. Also appreciate the email notifications of transactions for confidence that the transaction has gone ahead and security (knowing that I would be informed if any illegitimate transaction occurred) Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
