Telephone customer service

I have both savings and isa products. I’m nervous opening accounts online and making initial lodgements but I was able to phone receiving pleasant and helpful assistance. They also followed this up with informing me on receiving my initial lodgements. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

I’ve been saving with them for many years now, always found then helpful whether when asking for information or help. Would say they go over and above with customer service leaving you feeling confident about saving with them. Also I found if an error is made they are quick to sort it out. Love that they reward existing customers with a better rate. Reviewed on: 25th February 2025

Excellent customer service and products

UTB was an unknown bank to me but from day one they were so helpful with helping me to open my account. I don’t really like working online and plaqued them with questions. They helped me get online in a helpful friendly manner and I find their online portal very easy to use. I like that they reward existing customers with a better rate. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024
