Very good, which is why I still trust them!

Very good customer service , with phone calls answered quickly. Interest rates competitive and updates sent when appropriate, I never, if ever, give full marks to any com,pany ,as that would imply "Perfection" ,but if this were true there would be no need for a Complaints Deparetment, would there?
