Interest increases

I have had 5 interest rate increases in the past 12 months, 2 increases were 1 month apart. I have never been offered a credit limit increase and have had the card for 2 years +, leading me to take a new card from another provider who instantly gave me a credit limit 6 times larger than zopa, and also gave me a far lower interest rate. THE RE-BORN OF BANKING

My experience with Zopa Bank was that the customer serfvices assisstant I sxpoke to was very obedience. Three rings , the call was answeared. The reason for which I called was fully explained to me in a clear ;language. Her explanation was clear . concise and straight to the point, so much so that I did not have any question to ask. Secondly the Zopa Banking App is just as easy as ABC to use. Is very easy and straight forward to be used. I hope if all banks in the UK can copy ... Reviewed on: 6th March 2025
